Dear Aristi,
I think this enabler was developed during old-fiware, I think it was grown
on Cloud chapter and his owner was Denis Caromel from Inria.
On CC there's Alex who actually lead Cloud chapter, who could confirm this
info.
I don't see Inria in FI-CORE so I suppose there's no support for this enabler.
However, Miguel is cc'd and probably can help us on this point.
