Hi,
as discussed shortly with Fernando, given that the only node with all up-to-date images and blueprint working correctly is Spain and doubtly TID will be able to synch images and check blueprint on time. The best option is to host there the virtual machines of the event. But we would need a larger quota, and at least a public IP. Then we can do magic ssh proxy and so on.
