          Hi Soul-Fi

          We received email asking us to accept updated terms and conditions, however
          our credentials are not working on the log-in page provided in the email.
          See attachment: The email address to which the notice was sent is not
          recognized by your system/backend.

          Please suggest alternative to enable the approval end of today.
