Dear Olga,

In the Internet of Things part of FIWARE we have devoted first efforts to collect data from several families of sensors in a common way, sometimes using Rasperry Pi hardware (http://www.fi-ware.org/tag/figway/ ). The next step is to be able to push actions to sensors (actuation) in a generic way integrating what a Zigbee, Zwave, CoaP or other dedicated hardwares could take as a relevant input. Your request comes a bit earlier and we expect to provide you a god answer in the following 6 months.

In addition we expect to launch an Open Call to integrate hardware makers to become "FIWARE compliant" which could be interested for you. The Open Call will be advertise on the FIWARE website (www.fiware.org )
