      Buen d�a Fiware.

      El motivo de este correo es para solicitar su ayuda con respecto a la siguiente situaci�n. Tras el mantenimiento del d�a de hoy hemos intentando acceder v�a ssh a una de las instancias creadas en el proyecto, sin embargo no hemos logrado establecer la conexi�n por este medio. Observamos que en la plataforma de Fiware Lab la instancia se encuentra corriendo correctamente por lo que creemos que el problema se derivo a partir del mantenimiento ya que anteriormente se pod�a acceder v�a ssh sin ning�n problema.

      Esperamos puedan apoyarnos con este asunto y muchas gracias por su atenci�n y apoyo.

      The reason for this email is to request your assistance regarding the following situation. After maintenance today we have tried ssh access to one of the instances created in the project, however we have failed to establish the connection by this means. We note that on the Fiware Lab platform the instance is running properly and we believe that the problem was derived from maintenance because before we could access via ssh without any problems.

      We hope you can help us in this matter and thank you very much for your attention and support.
