      Description

      Hello,

      We're experiencing some trouble trying to access our account:

      Credencials fiware:
      https://account.lab.fiware.org
      USER: julia@ptchwrks.com
      PASSWORD: 2n1CL8h5

      we can access to https://store.lab.fiware.org but not
      https://account.lab.fiware.org or https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/

      And the instance we created for a WStore: http://130.206.116.5/ is not
      working.

      Is this related to the maintenance you're doing?

      Another question I have that I don't clearly understand is if we could or
      if it would work better to directly connect to our offerings in
      https://store.lab.fiware.org with the API and use that one instead of the
      instance we have in http://130.206.116.5/.
