FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.FI-LAB Assistance - VMs just disappeared

      Description

      Good morning,

      I was trying to check why we couldn't access our VMs this weekend. I've
      been able to log in and saw our VMs and IP correctly configured. However,
      after a moment, everything disappeared from the panel: VMs, public IP,
      security groups...

      I hope there's a solution to this, because it's a very important set back
      in our project (We applied for a community account as soon as we were able,
      by the way).

      Our account is fiware@dima3d.com and we were working on Spain2 region. We
      need this sorted out as soon as possible. Time is running out for our
      project and we are constantly facing issues like this.
