This user has been accepted for Community Account upgrade, but he needs a Trial account before, since he's not registered in FIWARE Lab.

all accounts have been created, aske them to confirm the account and change the password

i created one account, i am not sure this is enough. anyhow please when you clone a ticket in the help desk, please do not assign it to me. leave it unassigned so that the person on duty will take care.
