      Description

      Hi,

First of all. I don't want to be unpolite but I'm gonna be so directly
because I'm so tired of loosing my time with this. I contacted with Fiware
support in 4 different ways and all the time they are redirecting me to
another one. It's really hard to implement your technologies but they look
pretty nice. Please, if you think this email doesn't belong to you
department redirects me to another EMAIL or support WEBSITE. Not a list of
mails, stackoverflow, or any kind of generic one.

      The trouble is defined here
      http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28851058/my-filab-vms-are-not-removed

By the way, if you take a look to comments will se the disappointment of
the users of Stackoverflow because the Fiware/Filab using of their
platform. Also, if you explore the filab tag questions you'll appreciate
that almost the 90% are unresolved. This doesn't look like a serious
customer support. If you could deploy your own platform (which as a
developer I know isn't hard, above all, if you are providing a Cloud Server
management) or just keep using the mails on the proper way.

Nothing else, again, sorry for the little rage, it's frustrating.

      Bests,
      R
