Indeed, the server certificate is not issued by a public Certificate Authority (CA) trusted by your web browser by default: Firefox, Chrome, etc.
The reason is: before you can use this public PDP instance (https://az.testbed...), you have to contact the GE owner (me) to request access. In return, you get a client certificate for authentication, and a CA certificate to be imported as trusted CA in your client's truststore. For instance, in Firefox, you import it in Certificate Manager > Authorities tab. Then you don't get the certificate warning anymore.
