Dear Geoffroy ,
In principle the Use Cases were expected to use the Testbed (http://testbed.fi-ware.org/) instead.
In any case, as you are using this environment, I will re-route the case to node support in Lannion.
Best regards,
Miguel

Hello
I am currently working on the ficontent2 project with the fiware-lab.
Currently I have difficulties using floating ips on the Lannion region (but I somehow reproduced the same results on Trento and Berlin).
In particular, it seems that I cannot have a floating ip and router bound to the ‘ext-net’ network at the same time. If I clear the router gateway, then I can allocate a new floating ip but I cannot associate it to an instance.
Is there any problems with the external network at this time ?.

Hi again Geoffroy,
I talked with Riwal and he told me that you are part of FIC2LAB, but you are making some tests on your own tenant.
As it is your own tenant, you need to fill up the following form and send it back to me at the following email address : 'elebonniec at images-et-reseaux dot com'. Please put 'engineering at imaginlab dot' fr in copy.
Here is the form :
Name :
Organization :
Address :
Phone :
But as we are already aware of your activities, I just allocated a Floating IP and updated your floating IP quota to 1.
The IP available is 193.52.45.142, you use it directly on an instance, not on a router.
As you are on your own tenant you have to use the "Freemium" network to launch your instance, then once it is started, associate the floating IP to your instance and it should work. Don't forget to configure a security group according to the services you want to use on this instance.
Please do not hesitate to update this ticket if you need more informations.
Best Regards,
Erwan
