I'm a new user of your plattform. I was trying to make some test of your
Cosmos site. I've followed the documentation instructions and I'd created a
Cosmos account: acruzloz@cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org
I could access the account trought the SSH and have access too the remote
server. But when i tried to access the HDFS space. I received an error
message that the directory doesn´t exist. I figure that it's becouse the
HDFS space was not created.
Follow you can see a copy of the history of the session

Hi Antonio,
At the beginning of the week the HDFS cluster within Cosmos automatically entered in safe mode (currently fixed), disabling all kind of HDFS operations, which includes your HDFS space creation.
I can finish the registration process manually; nevertheless I've seen an account for this user: "delacruzlozanoantonio". It seems to be yours as well
Do you still need "acruzloz"?
