Dear Raffaele,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Please, could you tell me:
- Which region are you using?
- The instance ID
- What ssh client are you using (e.g: Putty on Windows, Linux CLI)?
Best regards
Marco

Oggetto: [Fiware-lab-help] Help on access fiware lab instance
Hi all,
I created a blueprint template on fiware lab, then I started it and, few time after, the instances page said me that the instance was active and running. Now, I need to know how can I access it via the ssh protocol, because the ip address that the system assigned to me is not available for my ssh client on port 22. I don't know where I made the mistake in creating the keypears or the security group, but the security group that the virtual machine is still using presents a rule for the port 22 and the port 3306 (because I wanted to install mysql on system but it did't work).
Thanks for your help in advance.
Regards,
