      ====================
      Hi again,

This is a reminder for the quoted email.

Apparently somebody took care of the first shut off instance, but the second
one (UUID *****) is still in an erroneous
state (REBOOTING-SHUTOFF). Can you please have a look at it?

      Kind Regards,

      Artemis

      Subject: Instances SHUT-OFF

      Hi,

My name is Artemis Voulkidis and I am working for the FINESCE project
      (FI-PPP Phase II).

As of today, we noticed that two of our VMs are in a SHUT-OFF power state,
which means we can do nothing to access or revive them.

      Their info are:

      1. UUID: ******** NAME: ****

      2. UUID: *** NAME: ****

The Region is for both Spain.

I tried to reboot the second VM, of course with no success.

Also, we are not given the option to Start the instance again, normally.

Could you please make them active again?

      Kind Regards,

      Artemis
