Question:
Choose a real time streaming platform integrated with IOT sensors (FIWARE, Kafka, Flume, Flink..)?

Description:
me and my R&D team are working on a big data project that involves implementing a real time streaming platform powered by data from various IOT sensors.
While researching, we came across several platforms that enable the implementation of sensor-based solutions and real-time data visualization; among the many platforms, FIWARE stood out in particular.
FIWARE allows to implement solutions in the agrifood field thanks to the many modules within it for sensor management and big data management.
What the development team is wondering is why to use (or not to use) FIWARE (within a solution based on IOT and real time streaming) rather than other platforms already known and established such as Apache Kafka, Flume, Flink etc..
What is the added value that FIWARE can bring?
Can a FIWARE implementation solve eventual problems (thanks to the standard formats adopted) of data availability/inconsistency compared to the above mentioned platforms?
