Is solution or platform automatically placed on marketplace if I get "powered by FIWARE" label after applying?

Is solution or platform automatically placed on marketplace if I get "powered by FIWARE" label after applying?
I'd like to know how our platform can be published and seen from anyone on marketplace. Whenever our platform is approvered as "powered by FIWARE", is it automatically published?
And who will see and grant our application, a part of community or a part of foundation?
