my name is Luca Sini and I’m the CEO and co-founder of Guide Me Right <http://www.guidemeright.com/>.
We won the EIT ICT Labs Idea Challenge for “Urban Life and Mobility” and we have just been selected by FI C3 for the FI-PPP program.

I’ve been following Fi Ware technologies for a while and now that I got in touch with you I came up with a proposal.
I believe that Fi Ware represent a huge opportunity and I know how important it is for people and startup to understand how it works.

I saw that you occasionally organise event and workshop to present the opportunity provided by the third phase of the FI-PPP program and to further explain FiWare technologies to people and startup.

We, as Guide Me Right, are incubated at Tiscali Open Campus, which is the main location in Sardinia (and not only) in regards to technology, innovation, and startups. We usually organize events and seminars and I believe that a workshop about FiWare would be very interesting.

May I ask you how do you usually proceed so as to organise such events?
I’m asking it to you as a startup that is part of the space and of the innovation environment in Sardinia, but not as the Tiscali Open Campus Manager. Thereofore we do not have a proper budget for the event. Please let me know if you think it would be interesting.
Sardinia (and Italy) definitely need to know the technical and financial opportunity provided by FiWare and I believe that it would be a good step forward toward such a comprehension.
