Description
Dear Fiware lab help,
I have a question regarding the use of FIWARE lab, to confirm what I can do
or not.
Could you confirm or deny what I understood:
In the "Cloud" section, I can create an instance, associated with an OS and
an IP, then access it. Once accessed, I can install whatever I want
(php/mysql for instance) and upload the files I need to test my application.
In the future, I want to use Application Mashup to deploy easily a web-app.
So I can go to the "Mashup" section, create a widget (which is linked to my
php/mysql application), and create my web-app from here.
Do you think it is the right way to understand FIWARE lab?
In the "Cloud" section, is there already a template that I could use where
php/mysql is installed?
Thank you for your precious help,
Emilien Schneider

Dear Emilien,
thanks for contacting us.
About Cloud portal, the images (template) from which you can create an instance are base-images (OS only) or GEs, not custom template with applications like php/mysql or something like that.
You seem to have special interest in the Mashup GE (Wirecloud) and what you say about that appears to be correct.
You can find more information at http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers/application-mashup-wirecloud .
I would also advise you take a look to the other available GEs, at http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers
Further general information/help about FIWARE are available on:
Best regards
Marco
