FIWARE.Request.General.FIWARE.Request.Lab.(no subject)

          Description

          Hello,

          I am trying to connect to my server that I have created on the fi-lab
          platform. I cannot connect at the moment, is the IP an external IP? Also,
          how do I know what the user name is for the different machine images?

          Also, all of the items in the marketplace are just showing details but do
          not allow me to install, how do I actually use these items?
