My name is Horacio García and I am writing this email on behalf of the Technology Development Unit (TDU) within the Technology Development, Design and Planning Section (TDDPS) in the United Nations Information and Communications Technologies Facility (UNICTF) in Valencia, Spain.

We are starting project IoT related, the UN Smart Camp, and FIWARE's name has come up on the table.

I was wondering how these collaborations work, if that includes technical assessment and what are the requirements.
