Dear,
the trial users are disabled (and the resources deleted) after 2 weeks (on Vicenza node after 1 month).
If you required your account for longer period to execute valid use case, please provide proper reason and please convert your account into community account by raising request at below link & send us (fiware-lab-admin@eng.it) the confirmation email of community account containing the FLUA ticket ID.
