FIWARE.Request.Lab.Not able to access the Cloud Account.

          Description

          Dear Fiware Team,

          I am not able to access the Fiware cloud account. Tried to login with proper credentials but not possible to get through.

          Account Details :
          Username: Gowtham-Jegannath.VAITHIAM-AMARNATH@ext.ec.europa.eu<Gowtham-Jegannath.VAITHIAM-AMARNATH@ext.ec.europa.eu>
          Region Created : Sophia Antipolis and changes to Spain2 recently

          Could you please provide me either a temporary password to resolve this issue ?
