Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m contacting you because we faced a problem from yesterday with the
access to the public instance of the Orion Context Broker. I know that
maybe you are not the main contact point for this issue, but I thought that
maybe you could help since you have more experience on the GE issues.

In particular, the problem we have with Orion is that the Authentication
Token we have for our NGS10 Rest Client now seems that is not valid and
while we try to connect with context broker we get a 401 Unauthorized error
(e.g:
http://orion.lab.fi-ware.org:1026/ngsi10/contextEntities/OUTSMART.NODE_3500
returned a response status of 401 Unauthorized). We tried both form java
code as we did the last ~2 months, as well as from curl, but unfortunately
we got the same error. I would like to highlight that few days ago
everything worked perfect and we did not faced again problem with
authentication.

We sent a request to the Stackoverflow that is mentioned as the contact
point for the Orion GE problems, questions / clarifications, but we did not
received anything yet.

Do you know if there is any problem with the global instance access or
authentication service for Orion? Is there any possible solution that could
help us to continue with our application development?
