FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.FIWARE Cloud Lab account

      Description

      Hi !

      Please, keep up my FIWARE Cloud Lab account "eskolii Could", because I need
      it in my projects.
      https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/

      I have three VM's in the FIWARE Cloud Lab and now I can't take contact to
      them.
      I have start-up project in FIWARE and my plan is establish start-up company
      based to FIWARE if it works without interrupts.
      Here is a link to the my project,

      , which is up and running, but now I don't have access to it.
      Would you fix the situation as soon as possible ?

      My current plan is taken to use SmartSDK and LoRa,
      https://www.smartsdk.eu/
      https://fiware-lorawan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
      , and going to use FIWARE more like in production environment.

        More information about the issue.

        Note, that I can log in to the my FIWARE Cloud Lab account
        https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/
        , without problem and create e.g. CentOS instances,
        but I can't log in to the FIWARE SmartSDK Platform Manager,
        https://platform-manager.smartsdk.eu/login
        , with my above FIWARE Cloud account.

        I think that SmartSDK is available for the EU (and Mexico) users.

        FIWARE Cloud Lab. My project name is "eskolii Could"
        It's located in Madrid.

        I follow the FIWARE SMARTSDK GUIDED TOUR documentation and in this page,
        https://guided-tour-smartsdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/platform/swarmcluster/
        , were is a text,

        CONFIGURE YOUR CLUSTER
        Go to the home page of the SmartSDK Platform Manager and click on
        "Authenticate with Fiware".

        , and then I try to log in to the SmartSDK Platform Manager with my FIWARE
        account,
        https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/
        , then I got the error message,
        "Invalid user name or password."

        Would you activate my account so that I can log in also to the SmartSDK
        Platform Manager.

        The account could be reactivated, however, the resources associated to that account has been removed and can't be recovered. We warned all the community accounts that we were going to remove all their account resources on 4th November 2018.
