      Description

      Hello,

      I didn't know my account expired, what's the reason, inactivity?

      The development, was very slow last year and we didn't use the
      pre-production environment (Fiware one is the pre-production
      environment) very frequently.

      Is there any criteria you follow? I would appreciate to stay and not to
      be removed. If it's not possible, then yes I need to back it up, I need
      a preproduction environment anyway.
