fiware keyrock installation failing migrate_db not working

Description:
I followed the installation guide of keyrock (https://github.com/ging/fiware-idm) step by step and until step 6 everything works.
The command
npm run-script create_db
runs fine, but when executing afterwards
npm run-script migrate_db
it gives the following error:
