      Description

      Dear Sirs/Madams,

Today we are showing an important demonstraton of the results of a project
built on FiWARE Lab infrastructure, but something went wrong with one of
      the virtual machines.

We tried to hard reset it through OpenStack, but the machine is in
rebooting state for more than one hour, so we are afraid there is a bigger
      problem with OpenStack.

Would it be possible to reset the state of the VM from the database to
      release it?

It is urgent to find a quick solution in order to show the benefits of
FiWare after working for two years in the project.

      Thank you in advance.

      Best regards,
      Daniel
