      Description

      Dear sirs,

      On March 9, I have chosen the SaoPaulo region to the creation of my account
      in the FIWARE Lab. Unfortunately, the SaoPaulo region frequently has stayed
      out of service, as shown by the sanity check status of FIWARE Lab. So,
      please, I would like to require the change of my region to Spain2.
      My user data are as follows

      Username: leonidas.lima@gmail.com
      Actual region: SaoPaulo
      New region: Spain2
