[Fiware-lab-help] Problems to work in Mexico region.

      Description

      Dear administrators,

      I have an account of FIWARE cloud. However, I have the next problems:
      I cannot create a volume, the system has showed “creating” for around one month. Also, I have the same problem at the moment to create a instance.
