          Workflow Engine in Fiware

          Description:
          Dear Fiware Experts,
          Which is the GE that can be used for creating the workflow to manage the events/incidents that gets triggered in smart cities domain.
          My requirement is there will be certain standard operating procedure that we have to define and manage.
          I was not able to find a close match to define and execute the SOP's.
          Please help on the same.
