Hello,
We are having problems to access to platform since yesterday, is
impossible to run the virtual machine and establish a ssh connection
with it. The cloud access is impossible too.
We'd need to solve this problem quickly.

We had an outage in one of our data centers, so your VM was shutoff for that reason. I've restarted it for you. You can access the VM via ssh now. Maybe you'll need to restart your web server so it start working again.
