in this message I'm going to reply to the question about MongoDB; for the other items that are:

1. any of my charts are loading
2. when i try to use a document from cvs or query i get the error of " Unable to load data from dataset mongo_orders Please check dataset & widget config"

for the issue no. 1, please open a thread on stackoverflow describing the environment, how to reproduce the error and (if possible) details about the error from log files, put "fiware" and "knowage" tags; for the issue no. 2, I saw an email to Fiware-tech-help with subject "IMPACT", is the same as the issue above?

Regarding MongoDB, please proceed as follows

1. stop knowage server;
2. replace attached .class in all occurrences
of file knowage-utils-6.x.x.jar:
KNOWAGE_SERVER_HOME/webapps/knowage/WEB-INF/lib/knowage-utils-6.x.x.jar
KNOWAGE_SERVER_HOME/webapps/knowagecockpitengine/WEB-INF/lib/knowage-utils-6.x.x.jar
KNOWAGE_SERVER_HOME/webapps/knowageqbeengine/WEB-INF/lib/knowage-utils-6.x.x.jar
....
in all knowage applications; file must be replaced within the package it.eng.spagobi.tools.dataset.common.dataproxy;
3. start knowage server and retry.

do you mean that updating to Knowage 6.1.1 resolved the issue and that now all charts are displayed properly?

no, i said that now i can not use any dataset in the documents. i get the same error even with orion ( before this didn't happen ) or any other data set.

I've attached the logs just in case, the knowage server is a completely new installation.

Still not working, now i get the error: For input string: "27017/FruitsApp" (i think this error comes from the datasource because the url is $34.248.196.11:27017/FruitsApp:27017/FruitsApp ) the query is exactly the same as a replicated server that i have but without password and this one is working.

If you want the access the knowage server is in the address http://52.16.21.114:8080/knowage/, <http://52.16.21.114:8080/knowage/,>   the same users as in the demo.

We suspect it depends on MongoDB version. Which MongoDB version are you using? are you querying the Orion Context Broker storage?

the version is the 3.4.10, what you mean querying? i have queries with the rest and works only if i don't have them as persisted, with mongoDB i only can use it if i don't have authentification in the databse.

(I think you cannot see it). That work item is for developing access to MongoDB with credentials. This will be developed next month, we will try to provide you update packages asap.
