Hello good morning I tried to call my orion context broker from an external device but it does not communicate and I realize all the configuration but I still can not access in that I am wrong. I'm using windows

I use this commands for
to free port 1026 but I can open my orion
and show me this same message but in google chrome I do not know what I'm doing wrong I don´t known what is miy ip of my orion please help me
