Global instance CEP does not work

          Description

          The Nagios tool are reporting that the Global instance of CEP (cep.fiware.org) is not working since 279d.

          Cloud you check what is the problem.

            At this point in time, we will not support that image instance anymore and it should be removed from the Nagios monitoring system so that no further alerts that the image is not working will be sound.
            There is no point in keeping this image running as an instance on the server.
            A user can register and start his own image instance, as the image is good and passed all the tests.
            Better off, the user should be able to run the CEP PROTON software on any server or client work station of his/her choice from
            the resources documented on github, or docker hub, etc.

            Hope that solved this issue.
