      Description

      Hello.

      I'm having a problem with one of my instances. An hour ago I logged into
      the cloud and realised that the instance with IP 10.0.0.87 was down. I
      tried to reboot it but something wrong has happened because it is in
      "reboot" status since 1 hour ago. I don't know if this is related, but two
      days ago I tried to do a snapshot of that instance and now I have realised
      that the status of that snapshot is "saving".
