      Datasets affected by this issue:
      Valencia: Tráfico y transportes / Aparcabicis (Shape/ZIP and KML/ZIP
      formats)

      Description

For a certain dataset that contains 2 ZIP resources, that resources can be
downloaded apparently fine by any but you cannot unzip its content, so that
      resources are useless.

The refered dataset was “Valencia: Tráfico y transportes / Aparcabicis
      (Shape/ZIP and KML/ZIP formats)”:
      https://data.lab.fi-ware.org/dataset/valencia-traficotrans-aparcabicis

Opening that ZIP resources with a text editor, you could see a html-like
error messages that told us it is a ”Apache Tomcat - HTTP Status 400: The
request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect ().”

As well as the zips for another datasets that are similar to this one
      (example: https://data.lab.fi-ware.org/dataset/valencia-urbaninfra-ejescalle)
are working properly, we suspect it is just a local dataset error.

      How to replicate:

Download the ZIP resources for the refered dataset and try to uncompress
its content with the tool of your choice.
