Thanks, Federico. Yes, the first interaction is CCing the list (this way we know who's taking the ticket and that it is attended) and then whoever takes it, continues the interaction with the user off-list
Future steps are using a ticketing system and a more professional method.
Note that the Campus Party Mexico is about to start and we will get messages from there. They are in a different time zone and this is a factor to take into account...
Best regards,
Miguel

Dear Sanjeet,
I also can confirm that I was able to instantiate the CEP on the Berlin node.
Please node that the CEP does not instantiate using a small or tiny flavor.
It hangs in the BUILD process then.
Please also note that you need to instantiate a network and a router to the external network where you need the floating IP from.
Otherwise the assignment of a floating IP will fail with the error mentioned.
Best Regards, Bernd

Dear Sanjeet,
I just tried to deploy the CEP in Trento node and it works. I confirm we have problem of IP availability at the moment, but we may be able to release one for you. Thus if you prefer to use the Trento node, rather than Spain, please just contact us.

Federico

Asunto: FI-WARE issues with instances
Dear Sir,
I am currently working as a research intern at Athens Information Technology (www.ait.gr<http://www.ait.gr/>) under the supervision of Prof. Sofia Tsekeridou.
I am using a Generic Enablers named 'Complex Event Processing (CEP) - IBM Proactive Technology Online' for my research work. Deploying a dedicated GE instance using an image named 'cep-r2.3.3.0-img'.
While using the platform there are errors, which are as follows:
- ?Either CEP image is not working or I can't allocated a Floating IPs to an instance of CEP.
- a CEP instance - the status is either error or become unresponsive? and the disksize is NaN GB (Not a number?)
If possible please check the specific FI-WARE systems for the specific issues. We are using the user account ( ?sots@ait.gr<sots@ait.gr> ) for AIT's research. ID in the portal is: 00000000000000000000000000000356.
Is it possible to run CEP and CODOAN images simultaneously? Is there an issue with availability of floating IPs from the pool?
I have tried to create an instance in all regions (Spain, Trento, Lannion, Waterford, Berlin, Prague ).
CCed are Prof. Sofia Tsekeridou and PhD Candidate Menelaos Bakopoulos.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Your sincerely,
Sanjeet
