Description
Dear SOUL-FI,
we need some help to understand the process of upgrading users on FIWARE
Lab from Trial to Community.
We received few days ago a mail from FIWARE Accounts with the message: "Your
current FIWARE Lab trial account will expire at ."
We follow the instructions to upgrade to Community user but it is not clear
if the upgrade will maintain the current application deployed on my FIWARE
account.
We just need this information to proceed in the upgrade process, in case
the upgrade will delete our applications we need a way to backup and
restore in the upgraded profile.
We are currently in the SOUL-FI Round B1 accelerator with the FLOUD project
(company name: Magenta srl).
