The following issue has been submitted by AgriFoodFinder project on Fractals:

While installing our selected GEs we encountered a problem related to the Self-Service one.
Basically, we followed the User & Programmer Guide and we tried to register/login to the cloud/lab FIWARE but, no matter what email we use, we always receive this message:

Dear User,
Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project. If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share their projects with you using the Account Portal.
You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the application process<http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account>.
And of course you can also use all the other FIWARE Lab capabilities in the Account Portal<http://account.lab.fiware.org/>.

So we followed the Account upgrade application process but we never received any answer.

By the way, today I've resend a new account upgrade application.
