      since yesterday we are not able to connect our dedicated instance.
      i cant not even reboot the instance.
      i get this error :
      Error rebooting instance FoneSmart. Cause: 500 Error {"computeFault":
      {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the
      requested operation.", "code": 500}}
