This one can probably be closed. Your SME doesn't look to respond and mine which was interested by that issue moved to other solution as it had no answers

Just to make clear: should in that case the coach close its own ticket ? to me he should not and wait for the resolution to be done on the TECH side

Did you ever get any answer on this issue ? I only see this issue circulating among people ...

I pushed it toward Philip as Ari was not answering. Philip answered me this morning that he does not have the answer and he tried again to wake up Ari and then reallocated the ticket to Ari

I do not know why Manuel did allocate this ticket back to you again

I also posted this question on ask.fiware.org yesterday

Except if you tell me that an answer has been provided, I will open the ticket again (one of my SMEs is waiting for this feedback)

Sorry, I have been on vacation. I cannot solve the problem myself but have triggered Ari again. We have also escalated the problem within FIWARE. I sincerely hope that he looks into the matter as soon as possible.

This issue is now 2 months old and no answer has been brought.
One SME I have under FI-C3 is facing the same issue, did contact Ari but did not get any answer.

How to move on that ? Is there any alternative and responding technical contacts for that enabler ?
