Description

Hello,

A user reports that Cosmos access returns timeout. He is working in the
Spain node.

$curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
curl: (7) Failed to connect to cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org port 11000:
Connection timed out

I also tried from my side and got the same result:

$ curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 300283 milliseconds

The service is running and working... if the request is made from a FIWARE LAB VM:

$ curl 130.206.80.46:11000

Nevertheless, I'll order this port is opened to all the Internet since there are users not working with FIWARE LAB VMs.

you're right, but the user still cannot access the vm...
His vm neither responds to ping nor to ssh connection.

Hi Francisco,

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I saw your answer on Jira and replayed to
the user. It was 17 days ago and got no more feedback from the user, so I
guess everything is fine for him.
