          Description

          Hello,

          A user reports that Cosmos access returns timeout. He is working in the
          Spain node.

          $curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
          curl: (7) Failed to connect to cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org port 11000:
          Connection timed out

          I also tried from my side and got the same result:

          $ curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
          curl: (28) Connection timed out after 300283 milliseconds
