Hello,
A user reports that Cosmos access returns timeout. He is working in the
Spain node.
$curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
curl: (7) Failed to connect to cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org port 11000:
Connection timed out
I also tried from my side and got the same result:
$ curl cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:11000
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 300283 milliseconds

you're right, but the user still cannot access the vm...
His vm neither responds to ping nor to ssh connection.

But then this is another problem because it is not a problem about cosmos
but a problem accessing his VM. Correct?
In this case I would suggest to open another ticket.
Please send me info on the user "privately".

The service is running and working... if the request is made from a FIWARE LAB VM:

Nevertheless, I'll order this port is opened to all the Internet since there are users not working with FIWARE LAB VMs.
