We have been trying to create an instance on FIWARE lab for the past few
weeks without any success. Although we are simply wanting to create a
basic machine instance on which to work, we have faced numerous
different problems including insufficient quotas, problems with the
FIWARE LAB interface and other issues related to creating blueprints
instances, creating networks and subnets, etc.

We were told by Ilknur that we have been assigned an instance on the
Zurich node, however we still can’t find anything on FIWARE LAB and we
have a very important deadline at the end of May. We are not sure
whether the instance on Zurich has been created or not, but the creation
of this instance is becoming critical to our project submission.

As we seem to have problems with creating and managing instances via the
FIWARE LAB interface, we kindly request that you create an instance for
us on Zurich node (or any other working FIWARE node) and provide us with
the connection credentials so that we can connect remotely and install
the required software and database and get on with our development.

Ideally the instance would have the following minimum features:

VM Instances:1

VCPUs: 2

Hard Disk: 40 GB

Memory: 8192 MB

Public IP: 1

We look forward to having the instance created and please keep us
informed of any updates!
