His problem is that he can’t find his community account confirmation email anymore, and the FIWARE Lab Help link ( http://help.lab.fiware.org/ ) seems to be down: “Error establishing a database connection”. Can you please give me a pointer how to proceed? Assuming FIWARE Lab Help is working again, could he use this to request an increase of his quota? If not, what is the correct way?
