          Description

          Dear FIWARE team,

          I’m contacting you about an existing issue we have received from a FRACTALS accelerator project:

          After speaking with the project’s team, they informed me the issue still persists, although it’s shown as closed in the Jira issue tracker.

          Can you, please, provide us support for this issue?
