it seems we closed the ticket as we were informed by Aggelos that the user confirmed that the issue was resolved.

Can you give us more details to understand the issue? was it working for a while and stopped again? Or they haven’t seen it working all this time? or do they see a complete different problem now with Cosmos, etc.?
