this email follows our short skype text exchange about an event we are
building up to be hold in Coimbra on 2-3.Feb.2016.

Enclose I send you the draft Agenda for your analysis, comments and propose
changes.

Remarks:

• day 1 is for all FIWARE Startups (focus on PT/ ES SMEs within FIWARE)
• day 2 is open but the main goal is to provide 1-to-1 meetings between
  Investors-SMEs and Municipalities-SMEs
• For day 2 all companies will send as 1-page proposal which will be
  shared with investors and municipalities 3 weeks before the event; 1-week
  before the event we will issue the agenda of the Investors and
  Municipalities with the SMEs they select to talk with.

Our need from FIWARE coach:

• 2.Feb, be available for 1-to-1 meetings with SMEs (if possible would
  be better to have 2 FIWARE experts... we will have many companies...
  otherwise we will book also the afternoon of 3.Feb)
• 3.Feb, present FIWARE and OASC initiative to
  investors/municipalities/SMEs
• 3.Feb, meet municipalities... bring new cities to the OASC
