          Description

          Dear coachers

          We have received the following issue from PAIS project:

          from yesterday morning IDM instance is "dead" in status of SHUT DOWN. See please attached image and please ask if you need any additional info on this issue.

              It seems the attached image is missing, can one of you send it again please?

              Also, were you using your own IDM instance? or the global IDM instance for the overall Fiware Lab?

              we are using our own instance of IDM, we needed to redeploy instance in
              order to IDM working againg.

              Could you clarify please? Do you mean you already solved the problem by re-deploying your IDM instance? Or do you still see the instance in SHUTDOWN state?
